I’m Scott, and alongside Elyse, we founded Bellhouse Recruitment to fill a critical gap in senior hospitality leadership. To share a bit about Bellhouse, we leverage our human-led industry networks to match world-class talent with Canada’s most prestigious private clubs and luxury dining establishments.
Why do we exclusively target the luxury sector? Because we know that to deliver unparalleled guest experiences, a recruitment firm cannot be everything to everyone. We intentionally avoid chain establishments, pubs, and high-volume staffing to focus 100% of our energy on finding transformative leadership for the upper echelon.
Our core placement regions directly reflect where Canada’s culinary and resort elite thrive. We focus primarily on the luxury, high-end resorts nestled across British Columbia and the West Coast, while also actively servicing elite hospitality properties in our secondary markets of Ontario and Alberta.
